GEONEX Global Services provides career guidance, documentation assistance, application support, visa guidance, travel preparation, and end-to-end client support for individuals exploring international career opportunities. We are a career guidance company and do not act as an employer or guarantee employment outcomes.
02Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the consultation and application process. Any misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or personal information may result in termination of services. Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of their home country and destination country.
03Fees and payment
Our fee structure will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before any services commence. Fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered, except as required by applicable law. We do not charge any fees that are not disclosed in advance. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
04No guarantee of employment
GEONEX provides career guidance and support services. We do not guarantee employment, visa approval, or any specific outcome. Employment decisions are made by employers, and visa decisions are made by the relevant immigration authorities. We make no representations or warranties regarding the availability of specific positions.
05Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GEONEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
06Confidentiality
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal or professional information to third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
07Intellectual property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of GEONEX Global Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
08Termination of services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. GEONEX reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client provides false information, engages in fraudulent activity, or violates these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
